I am a personal and business credit educator, as well as a licensed real estate broker. I specialize in educating individuals on how to restore their credit, businesses in building credit and investors on buying real estate.

My Journey
My journey began at the OH Department of Insurance Regulatory Agency, where I learned the ins and outs of the insurance industry. I expanded my knowledge by working as a Real Estate Loan Officer; learning the credit and lending side of real estate. Later, I started my own brokerage agency and began to establish my business credit profile.
Today, I am a Licensed Real Estate Broker and an expert in Personal & Business Credit. I mentor and educate individuals on repairing their personal credit, establishing business credit and investing in real estate. Welcome to ASK WHIT - Whit’s Wisdom!
